The Main Street Mile is a 501(c)(3) non-profit.

The mission of the Main Street Mile is to eradicate prostate cancer as a life threatening disease by advancing awareness, education and screenings.

Proceeds from the Main Street Mile's "A Mile for Men's Health", "Batting for Men's Health", "Rockin' for Men's Health" and "Hooters for Prostates" will be used to help promote prostate cancer awareness, education and provide free screenings to the men of the Treasure Valley.
